THE ROLE:
- Salary of $93,453.24 + 12% Superannuation
- Work a 14:7 Roster (living/working on site for 2 weeks, committing to 12 -hour days, and having one week home for what matters most)
- Fly from Perth and be transported to one of our villages in WA
- As a FIFO Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting village operations. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Coordinating rosters, timesheets, and site communications
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance tracking
- Providing general support to site leadership and operational teams You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment and may be asked to assist across departments as needed

ABOUT YOU:
- Current WA Driver's License – Manual preferred.
- Experience working in hospitality (regional exp well regarded)
- Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
- Confidently pass a pre-employment medical (so we can keep you safe whilst working long hours in remote conditions)
